All Sales Are Final
All purchases from Nostalgic Ways are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect size selection, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or differences in color or appearance caused by screen settings. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, quantities, and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
Because some Nostalgic Ways products may be handmade, hand-dyed, printed in small batches, or produced in limited quantities, slight variations in color, pattern, placement, and finish may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects and help make each item unique.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at nostalgicwaysteam@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Include:

Your full name and order number;

A description of the problem; and

Clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer an appropriate resolution at our discretion, such as a replacement, store credit, or refund. Do not discard the item or its original packaging until we have completed our review. Items damaged through wear, washing, misuse, improper care, alteration, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a remedy.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after submission. Contact us immediately at nostalgicwaysteam@gmail.com if you notice an error. If fulfillment has already begun or a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
Refund Processing
When Nostalgic Ways approves a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the refund results from an error by Nostalgic Ways.
